The saddlery business comprises a workshop and small shop selling everything for the horse and tack room and is situated in the village of Turville, 7 miles outside Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire. I have a strong personal interest in equestrianism, having worked in the industry all my life. Over the years, I have gained a great deal of experience in handling, breaking and re-schooling horses, which has stood me in good stead for studying confirmation and action, an essential asset for assessing saddle-fitting problems.

As a qualified saddle-fitter with many years of experience, I will visit you and your horse for a consultation, evaluating the situation on the spot.

Saddles For Sale
I stock a large selection of new and second-hand saddles for sale.

Hand-made Bridlework & Harness
Made to measure, hand-stitched bridlework of the highest quality possible in English bridlemaking.

Saddlery Repairs & Overhaul
We are fully facilitated to offer all saddlery repairs from re-flocking to hunting canes.

Rug Washing, Re-proofing and Repair
We can organise for your rugs to be reparied, washed, re-proofed and wrapped for out of season storage.

Bits to Buy/Hire
I stock a large selection of bits, our hiring facility will give you a chance to try a selection of bits before buying.

Location:

The workshop is situated in Turville, a small, picturesque village in the Chiltern Valley. Turville is also home to Turville Stud, which specialises in Andalusian horses. The village has recently flooded, and a river formed through the village, as it used to over 50 years ago. The way of life is very relaxed being surrounded by farmland, it is peaceful most of the time, until a sunny weekend graces us, and so do the tourists!
